I am based at a private studio called The Orange Room in East London at Mainyard Studios, 679 High Rd. Leyton, London E10 6RA

It is a 2-minute walk from Leyton Midland Road Station on the overground or if you are driving, there is parking within a 2-minute walk. (Free outside after 6:30pm)

We’ll be in a discreet therapy room so you’ll have complete confidentiality.

During the consultation we will discuss your challenges and what you want to achieve from sessions so we can plan a way forward.

This is also a time for you to ask me any questions you may have and for you to get a feel of what it is like working with me. It's important that we gel and that you feel comfortable working with me as this is when you will achieve the best results.
